Recruitment
Guidelines:
Bravery, Honor, Courage has a minimum age requirement of 18
years. However, from time to time, the CoS and the Drill
Unit of BHC feels it may be warranted to allow those as
young as 16 to have an opportunity to prove themselves. You
MUST know up front that MUCH is required to prove your place
if you are accepted as a 16 or 17 year old. The faint of
heart and the less mature will not like this. However, it is
our way of ensuring that BHC remains the finest clan in the
land. What follows are the requirements for those that are
accepted into the "Tryout" program. ALL those
under the age of 18 will undergo this same program. No
exceptions.
1.
When you receive your acceptance, you will wear
"Tryout" tags for a period of NOT LESS THAN 30
days.
2. When accepted you will be expected to join in the
"life" of the clan. This means TS, servers, and
forum activity. Failure to do so tells us much about your
future.
3. You will attend at least one Boot Camp during your
30-day tryout. NO credit will be given towards your three
(3) required Boot Camps as a recruit.
4. IF, at the end of the 30-days, you are deemed
worthy of wearing the tags of a RECRUIT for BHC, you be then
granted that privilege. Then your life as a recruit begins.
Does
this seem a little unreasonable or unfair to you? If so, I
would recommend you look elsewhere for a unit to join. We
value the maturity level and the camaraderie of what we have
and we WILL guard it fiercely. If you are still interested,
get this application in pronto!

come with the questions they refer to, your application will
be discarded.
*
X-Fire and Team Speak are required
communication devices for BHC members. If you do not have
them, please download them, register, and list your contact
name in the appropriate place on the application.
*
X-Fire is a FREE gamer's communcation tool. It can be
downloaded at www.xfire.com
*
Team Speak is a FREE voice communication tool and can be
downloaded at www.goteamspeak.com
*
Your X-Fire and Team Speak name's have to be the same as
your game name within BHC. (For X-Fire you can change your
"Nickname" which will be the name which displays
to all other X-Fire users. Regardless of your login name you
can change your nickname by going to
Tools->Option->General Tab and changing it to your
EXACT game name. Example: BigDog is your game name
then your X-Fire (nickname) and Team Speak will both be
BigDog) NO Exceptions! Do not return this application
form until you have completed the above, if you do your
application will be discarded.
*
Choose a name that you are happy with. You will not be
allowed to change your name once you have been accepted into
the Recruit program. If your name has a "military
rank" in it, you will have to remove it before
applying. The reason for this is that BHC is a military
style clan and upon graduation from the Recruit program you
will receive a rank.

Waiver
Information
A.
Our clan uses a 'tag' in front of your name to designate your
clan and rank. You will be required to use these tags
beginning with your acceptance into our clan.
B.
Understand that BHC has a large sum of members and
communication is key to success. You will be required to
change your X-Fire name, if not already somewhat similar to
your current game name, to a name relatively close to your
game name. (I.E. If your game name is Billybob and your
current X-Fire is Rockstar444, then you'll be required to
change your X-Fire "nickname" to an exact match of
your game name --- or, in this case, BillyBob).
C.
We follow a military style ranking structure that requires
some players to be subordinate to others.
D.
One trait we Demand of our members is honor. This means no
cheating and respecting your fellow team members at all times.
If you have been found to have been dishonorable or cheating
by our CoC/Leadership you could be kicked out of BHC.
E.
We also have a military style boot camp program that new
recruits go through. This could include getting
"hazed", yelled at, or otherwise humiliated. This
only happens in Boot Camp.
F.
As a recruit, you'll be required to listen to the direction
and suggestions of your Drill Unit at all times in order to
help you "learn the ropes" of the clan.
G.
The rules for recruits are a little stricter than for full
members of BHC. You will have to "prove yourself" as
an adequate player and recruit in order to gain full
membership.
H.
By returning this application form to BHC, you're accepting
the terms, conditions and rules of BHC as required for
membership. Failure to do so could mean you're removal from
BHC. |
